We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to connect with our services through our secure practice management system.
To register yourself as a client, we welcome you to select an appointment below. You will then be prompted to create a client login and profile, provide us with information about yourself and the support you are seeking, review our practice policies and consent to therapy treatment forms. Please note that each person seeking services will require their own username.
Please note that first time online bookings require a credit card on file for client registration. If this is not an available option for you to provide a credit card or you would prefer not to please contact our office and we can administer your registration through our office management.
If you prefer to connect with our services through an intake by telephone or email please contact our office at 902-806-2257 or therapy@elmgrovecentre.ca. Our office can support you with setting up your client profile, matching you with a service provider on our team and answering questions you may have.
If you do not see available appointment times reflected with your preferred service provider please contact our office to enquire about availability.
Life can be unpredictable and we are not always equipped to deal with challenges that occur. This can create a feeling of being overwhelmed that affects every area of our lives and can impact those around us. I am committed to using a compassionate and collaborative approach to facilitate positive changes and healthy coping. My experience includes working with mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem and emotional issues, trauma, stress management, relationship and communication difficulties and with parenting challenges. I use different modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy and any approach taken will be sensitive to your needs and current situation.

Therapy is a safe place where individuals are invited to explore emotional difficulties and life stressors. My goal is to focus on your well-being, effective coping skills and elaborate on your strengths. There is a great reward when we spend time working on creating the best version of ourselves.
I am a Registered Social Worker with my Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), & Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). My years of experience as a Social Worker have allowed me the opportunity to work with individuals, families and groups, with a focus on adults and older adults.
