I am a registered Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of occupational therapy experience focusing in pediatrics in school, private clinic, and hospital-based settings. I obtained both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Dalhousie University in Kinesiology and Occupational Therapy respectively. I am registered with the Prince Edward Island College of Occupational Therapists, and an active member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.

Through my career, I have been fortunate to live, work, and play across North America as I combined my passions for OT, adventure, living a meaningful life and learning about other cultures. In practice, I believe in providing a strength-based approach collaborating with clients to engage in occupations that are meaningful that they feel are important to them. When not working, I enjoy being out in nature, camping, hiking, and biking and being an active member in the communities to which I live.

Occupational Therapy is where science, creativity, and compassion collide. Occupational Therapy turns hopeless into hope, Can’t into can, and impossible into possible.
