We’re pleased to offer secure online booking through our practice management system. Select an appointment below to register as a client, complete our intake form, review our practice policies, and consent to treatment. Each person connecting for services requires their own username.

Elm Grove Centre is a proud team of Mind & Body licensed service providers committed to the full cycle of client care. Our priority is that every client feels supported from the very first step. As a small PEI practice, we honour your clinician preferences and welcome you to indicate who you would like to work with. Our office may reach out for a connection confirmation to ensure both a good fit.

Please note: First-time online bookings require a credit card on file at the time of registration. This is held securely and used only in accordance with our Commitment Policy.
